Smoking and its effects on our health
tobacco smoke is very harmful for our health. every cigarette is smoked by someone it damages breathing and causes scar in the lungs. although smoking can impact our everyday life, it causes caughing and shortness of breath as well as it increases the risk of having a respiratory tract infection. Smoking can harm our senses, mainly the taste and smell, and reduces the ability to exercise and play sport and prevents the oxygen molecules that are held by hemoglobin proteins to pass correctly to all our organs and instead of binding the oxygen gas into hemoglobin then the carbon monoxide gas binds to hemoglobin molecules and damages them after damaging the organs that is incorporatin inside it. and the imternal effects can be also visible as physiological changes such that the yellow teeth, prematurely aged skin, unpleasant odor and so on... smoking also increases the risk of anxiety and deepression and affects the pragnant women and can cause cancer in most cases. ...
