sports looks like a medecine for our body. sports in all its forms like football, basketball, running, swimming, walking,dancing... all result in giving us a healthy body and helps us to be relaxed and it makes our mind works more better.

  • sports boosts our self confidence: it improves self esteem  

so sports is very important for our helth and it delays a persons' age and help in treating many diseases such as diabetes, obesity, heart diseases... and it strengthen our body.
