characteristics of an effective teacher

Teaching is a very hard work but it is a beautiful job. although it is a hard job, so it needs a teacher that should have the resbonsibility characteristics, abd should be effective. And to be effective she should have all the types of knowledge including the pedagodgigal knowledge, general pedagodgical knowledge, knowledge about the school policy and the curriculum, as well as the content knowledge. the teacher should have a repertoire of knowledge concerning the subject she teach, although she should be knowledgable about the curriculum and what lessons to prioritize. although she should know how to act with the students' parents and what to do if there is a problem... 
the teacher should be aware to build a good relationship between her and her students and to help them and meet their needs inorder to have a safe climate in the classroom, but she should be strict also, and have managed her decisions in her plans just to organize her work, and many things she should consider inorder to be effective...

    teaching is the hardest job ever because it builds communities and reshape the faith of large groups of people. according to its importance the teacher have large number of responsibilities toward her career and must have certain characteristics such as patience, caring, engaging, knowledgeable to be considered as professional.

    Teaching can be easy if we let our students feel in belonging, let them express their opinions, ideas and all these things are teacher job. A teacher should be a communicator, leader, have sense of humor and vitality and the teacher should be dedicated to his/her work, he/she should benefit from every single moment in the classroom.
